Students learn essential DJing techniques—beatmatching, mixing, and curation—while exploring the science, technology, engineering, and math behind sound waves, equipment setups, and musical tempo. It’s the ultimate fusion of scientific inquiry and creative expression. 

Cricut Corner

Unlock your inner maker! This dynamic class merges digital design software with hands-on crafting using Cricut vinyl cutters. From custom stickers to intricate decorations, students develop fine motor skills, computer literacy, and critical problem-solving abilities. It’s a rewarding, project-based journey that fosters perseverance, attention to detail, and a true sense of accomplishment. 

Videography and Photography

Unlock the power of visual storytelling! Our class introduces students to essential media production techniques. Through interactive projects, participants learn to navigate camera equipment, adjust manual settings, master lighting, and compose striking photos and videos. 

A Cut Above

Learn the art of barbering while building real-world confidence. Guided by experienced master barbers, students gain hands-on training in cutting techniques, styling, tool maintenance, and professional safety standards. Beyond technical skill, this program offers dedicated mentorship to foster essential life skills, personal growth, and a strong sense of identity. 

Drone Piloting 

Take flight and explore high-demand STEM careers! This dynamic course covers the principles of drone flight, aerodynamics, and electronics. Through hands-on practice, students assemble equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and program automated flight paths while discovering how drones are used across photography, agriculture, and logistics. 

The Art of Airbrushing

 Discover airbrushing as both a creative outlet and a skill builder! Students enhance fine motor control, spatial reasoning, and critical thinking as they plan and execute custom designs. Blending geometry, proportion, and artistic technique, this engaging class boosts self-confidence while giving students a fun way to express themselves.

Unique Sneaks 

Turn your passion for footwear into wearable art! In this hands-on custom sneaker design class, young creators explore sneaker culture, color theory, and application techniques. From initial sketching to final customization, students build artistic precision and problem-solving skills, culminating in a custom-designed pair of shoes to keep. 

Your School News Podcast

 Amplify your voice through digital storytelling! Students learn the complete podcast production lifecycle—scripting, interviewing, sound design, recording, and editing. This interactive course sharpens research and communication skills, giving participants a collaborative platform to share meaningful stories with their school community. 

We Can Make It! 

Explore, experiment, and create across a variety of artistic mediums! From sculpture and printmaking to fiber arts and recycled-material design, students try new tools and techniques in a supportive environment. These open-ended projects encourage imaginative problem-solving and help young artists discover their personal style. 

Body Art & Illustration

 Designed for grades 6–8, this paper-based course explores the history, symbolism, and visual language of tattoo-inspired illustration. Students master line work, shading, and lettering while learning to navigate cultural appreciation versus appropriation. Through weekly critiques, participants design flash sheets and a final hero piece for a class exhibition—all without practicing actual tattooing.
